Questions
- Is it really free?
- Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit: 1 store, up to 10 products and 30 orders a month. GST invoices, legal pages and customer emails are included.
- What do I get in the trial?
- Everything in Pro for 14 days, with no card needed. It starts when you create your first store. When it ends your store simply continues on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is switched off.
- What happens to my products after the trial?
- If you have more than 10, we keep your 10 oldest published products live and set the rest to draft. They stay in your dashboard and you can choose which ones to keep live. Upgrade any time to bring them all back.
- What happens when I hit the order limit?
- Customers see a polite "this store has reached its order limit for the month" message until the next calendar month, or until you upgrade. We email you at 24 orders and at 30.
- Is GST extra?
- Yes. Pro is ₹999.00 per month exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added, so you pay ₹1,178.82 each month, and we issue a GST tax invoice for every payment (add your GSTIN to claim input credit).
- Are there transaction fees?
- We charge none on any plan. Razorpay's own gateway fees apply to your customers' payments and are billed by Razorpay.
- Can I cancel Pro?
- Any time, from Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, then move to Free.
