shopclop is delivered online. No physical goods are shipped to merchants.
Activation
- Your store is created instantly after you sign up and confirm your email.
- Paid features activate as soon as the subscription or trial starts.
- You will receive a confirmation and a tax invoice by email.
Availability
We target high availability but may carry out planned maintenance with notice. Status and incidents are communicated by email or in the dashboard.
Merchants’ physical shipping
Shipping of your customers’ orders is your responsibility; the platform integrates with courier services to help you.
