You must not use the platform to
- Sell or promote anything illegal in India, including narcotics, weapons and ammunition, explosives, counterfeit or stolen goods, human or protected-wildlife products, and items needing a licence you do not hold.
- Sell regulated goods (alcohol, tobacco, prescription medicines, financial products, lottery or gambling services) without the required licences and compliance.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, designs or other rights, or publish defamatory, obscene, hateful or misleading content.
- Defraud customers, take payment for goods you will not deliver, or manipulate reviews.
- Attack, probe or overload the platform, evade rate limits, scrape other stores, or send spam.
- Process personal data you have no right to process.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend a store or an account, withhold payouts as the law allows, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report abuse to [to be set].
